Hope Island State Park is a 106-acre marine camping park. The island can only be reached by watercraft – motorized, human- or wind-powered. Covered with old-growth forests and saltwater marshes, the park features a beach one-and-a-half miles long. Summer: 6am-dusk. Winter: 8am-dusk. Camping: Check-in time 2:30pm. Check-out time 1pm. Quiet hours: 10pm-6:30am.
