SUMMARY:Dungeness River Festival
DESCRIPTION:The Dungeness River Nature Center will host the free Dungeness River Festival from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Friday\, Sept. 25. The annual\, all-ages community celebration highlights the environmental and cultural significance of the Dungeness Watershed through interactive exhibits and educational demonstrations. While the early-morning portion focuses on hosting school groups\, the general public is invited to join the festivities beginning at 10:30 a.m. to meet with conservation exhibitors\, including the National Park Service\, the U.S. Forest Service\, and the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe.
