Red Wine, Cider & Chocolate Tour
February 16, 17 & 18, and 23 & 24, 2019
11:00am – 5:00pm
21 and older for wine tasting
Taste your way along a leisurely drive through the scenic Olympic Peninsula. The Olympic Peninsula Red Wine, Cider and Chocolate Tour is one we wait for every year. The tour travels around the peninsula so it is good to have a designated driver. We go almost every year and split the driving with one person driving the Port Angeles/Sequim area one day and another person driving the Port Townsend area the next day. For the next tour (NW Wine and Cheese Tour in April!) we switch driver segments, so each driver gets to taste in both areas. Or we hire a driver.
An online ticket is $40 and gets you a commemorative wine glass, complimentary wine tasting and chocolate samples at all NINE stops on the tour. Tickets sold at the wineries are $45. Tickets are not required to attend. A $10 wine tasting fee will be charged at each winery for non-ticketed visitors. Visit OlympicPeninsulaWineries.org for further information. Beverages on the tour will get paired with special yummy, decadent chocolate offerings and other tasty treats.
